浙江鸿禧能源股份有限公司位于浙江平湖，与上海相邻，地理位置优越，水陆空交通便利，是长三角经济带的主要高新技术产业区。公司是专业从事晶体硅太阳电池研发、制造和销售的国际化高新技术企业，主要的市场领域为太阳电池、组件和光伏发电系统等。
   公司占地面积9万余平方米，公司注册资金1.54亿元，总投资为4.8亿元。公司一车间60MW太阳能电池于2009年3月份投产，二、三车间太阳能电池生产线到2010年5至9月份也已陆续投产，现年太阳电池生产能力达到210MW，目前年生产能力720MW的二期扩建项目也已经开工建设，预计2011年下半年投产。

Zhejiang Fortune Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. (well-known as MCells) is located in Pinghu, Zhejiang, which is close to Shanghai. The traffic is very convenient. We are one of the leading international solar cells manufacturers and specialized in research & development, manufacturing and marketing of solar cells, module and photovoltaic power system made of monocrystal and multicrystal silicon. 

Our company covers 90 thousand square meters and have 132 million Yuan registered capital. We have invested 430 million funds with 180 million first period funds. The first workshop of 60MW solar energy cells went into operation in March, 2009 and the second & third workshop in May and Sep. 2010. Now our annual production capacity reaches 210MW. Currently, the second project of 720MW has been on construction, expected to run in the latter half of 2011.
