职位描述:

Job Resonsibilities:

1.planning,implementing and follow-up on new strategic or operational projects related with product-and/or process-quality ;
2.Failure Mode and Effects Analysis ;
3.Continuous Improvement Process CIP ;
4.Statistical Process Control ;
5.Supplier-Development-Management .

Requirements:

1.MBA University degree in Engineering ,Automotive ,Business-Management ,or similar technical related area ;
2.Good spoken and very good written English or German ;
3.Skills in standard office-software ;
4.3-5 year\'s work-experience in quality-department of an international oriented company .Either a pure Chinese company or international ownership ;
5.Preferable had a training and/or certified auditor for IS9001 ;
6.Experience on an international assignment or studied abroad are considered to be an advantage but are not required .

岗位职责：
负责与产品或过程质量相关的新的战略或业务项目的计划、实施和跟踪，包括失效模式及后果分析、持续改进过程、统计过程控制、供应商开发管理等。

任职资格：
1、工程学、自动化、工商管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具备较好的英语或德语口语及书面表达能力；
3、熟练操作Office办公软件；
4、有3-5年面向国际业务的中国独资或合资企业质量部门工作经验；
5、接受过IS9001培训或取得相关证书者优先；
6、有海外学习或工作经验者优先。
