Primary Objective: 
Work with engineering teams to define project plan, monitor project schedule, review schedule progress against plan in order to meet targeted project outcome, including timeline, spending and quality. Coordinate with multiple organization align target, plan and progress. 


Responsibilities: 
- Lead project, monitor project schedule; review project progress; involve in making decisions at key project milestones in order to meet targeted project spending, timeline and quality. 
- Define and control engineering change process such as ECO. Establish engineering documents structure such as BOM and other release documents. 
- Serve as system engineer to provide requirements to EE, SW and other engineer group. 
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance internally and at customer sites, Follow up with countinous improvement program to further improve performance and quality of the product. 

Requirements: 
- Bachelor degree in engineering. Product development experience is preferred. Project managment experience is preferred. 
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot complex cutting edge electro-mechanical and computerized systems, ability in vacuum semiconductor equipment is highly preferred. 
- Can play a cross-functioning role to lead product/project. 
- Possess excellent communication skills with ability to speak with clarity and interface effectively with multiple engineering functions, customers as well as management. 
- Excellent MS Office skills, esp. Word, Powerpoint and Excel. 
- Ability to communicate both verbal and written in both English and Mandarin.
