苏州华林科纳半导体设备技术有限公司由中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所与北京华林伟业合资成立。公司于2008年3月成立，总投资4500万元。主要从事半导体设备、太阳能光伏设备、液晶湿制程设备、真空设备等的研发、技术推广和生产销售。公司以中科院纳米所的研究平台和技术团队为技术依托，整合华林伟业在相关行业多年的设备制造经验，研发生产中高端半导体设备。公司以品质为根本，以创新为突破点，走设备研发和工艺研究相结合的道路，使设备能够满足和引领最新的工艺。公司的研发团队由张宝顺博士、王敏瑞博士、张永红博士等十多名在半导体、太阳能光伏及液晶行业有多年设备和工艺经验的专业人士组成。 Suzhou CSE Semiconductor Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise invested by CAS Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics and Beijing HL Co., which was set up in Mar.2008 and its registered capital is 45 million Yuan. The companys main business is developing, technology extending, producing and selling products including semiconductor equipments, solar photovoltaic equipments, LCD cleaning facilities, vacuum equipments and etc. Depending on the high-tech developing team of CAS Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech and Nano-bionics and HLs skillful experience in related industries together, the company will engage in developing and producing semiconductor equipments of mid high fields.
